As an energetic homecare company, we have taken on the challenges of meeting the home medical equipment and service needs of those requiring care in the home. We service approximately 30 counties in and around the eastern Georgia/western South Carolina area. DuraMed Medical Services is a locally owned and operated home medical equipment company. We have been providing services to the Augusta and surrounding communities since 1984.

Through our highly qualified and experienced staff, we are confident we can meet and exceed the needs of those who require home healthcare. Our Mission statement is "dedicated to improving the quality of life." In dedicating ourselves to the improvement of life, we have expanded our scope of services, thus becoming the company with the most complete line of medical equipment in the area.

In 1997, DuraMed set new standards in homecare by becoming an Accredited Home Medical Equipment Dealer. Accreditation was awarded to DuraMed with commendations by Accreditation Commission for Home Care, Inc.
